Swimming - Butterfly keys (part 3)

Body Position –
· On front (prone position), crown of the head leading.
· Horizontal, with a wave like movement from head to toe.
· Shoulders kept level.
Breathing –
·  Lift head and push chin forwards.
·  Chin stays in the water.
·  Head lowered quickly but smoothly.
·  Breath released slowly trickle breathing.
Timing –
·  Two leg kicks to one arm action.
